Eco Carpet Cleaning - Privacy Policy & Terms and Conditions
Eco Carpet Cleaning Company will endeavour to provide you with professional carpet cleaning on the time and date you have requested. We will inform you by telephone or email if we are unable to attend on the date/time you have requested and will endeavour to re-arrange the booking at a mutually convenient time/date. If we are unable to agree on a mutually convenient time/date we will not charge you.
If you wish to cancel your booking you must give Eco Carpet Cleaning Company at least 72 hours notice prior to the agreed time and date of your carpet clean or a charge of £25 will be made.
If you cancel your appointment and do not re-arrange 24 hours prior to the carpet clean then Eco Oven and Carpet Cleaning Company will charge you 50% of the agreed cost.
Cancellation will only be accepted in writing or by email.
If you wish to change the date/time of your booking you must give Eco Oven and Carpet Cleaning Company at least 72 hours notice prior to the agreed date/time of your cleaning booking. If you do not give 72 hours notice, an additional charge of £25 will be incurred and will be payable on the day of the re-scheduled clean.
If you fail to re-arrange the booking and subsequently cancel we will charge you 50% of the agreed cost. Changes to your booked cleaning must be in writing or by email.
If Eco Carpet Cleaning Company arrive at your property, at the agreed time/date of your booked cleaning and are unable to gain access, we will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes. We will attempt to contact you on the telephone numbers provided but If we are still unable to gain access to the property we reserve the right to charge 100% of the agreed cost.
If you are not happy with our work or wish to make a complaint you must advise us within 24 hours of completion of the work in writing or email so that we can rectify any issues immediately. If you do not inform us within 24 hours you will not be entitled to a refund of the cost of the work done and all invoices will remain payable.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy notice provides information on how Eco Oven and Carpet Cleaning (referred to in this notice as "Eco", “we” or “us”), collects and uses personal data relating to users (referred to in this notice as "you") of Eco Carpet Cleaning’s services.

7. Removal of your details

We may, however, retain certain anonymised aspects of your personal details for our internal business purposes such as maintaining records of our dealings with you and analysis and statistics. Also, any data required for health and safety purposes, for examples, completed Hygiene Certificates.
